Elo Movers: An Emerging Talent for Italy

Giulia Martinengo Marquet's Delta Del'Isle produced a superb Grand Prix in Windsor to become the biggest Elo climber of the week and announces himself as an emerging talent for Italy.

Of horses with an Elo over 700, these had the biggest Elo gain over the past weekend.

Giulia Martinengo Marquet’s Delta Del’ Isle was the biggest Elo climber of the weekend after a successful weekend in Windsor with two Top 5 placings including a 5th place in the Rolex Grand Prix. This boosted Delta’s Elo by 29 points to become the second highest-rated Italian horse in the world.

Gilles Thomas scored the third Belgian LGCT Grand Prix win of the LGCT season on Luna van het Dennehof. This performance boosted her Elo by 20 points, entering the Top 100 Elo-rated horses in the world.

A 155 win in Windsor helped boost Kent Farrington’s Landon’s Elo by 11 points.

Also an 11 point boost for 10-year-old Odina van Klapscheut after a superb 6th place finish in the Rolex Grand Prix of Windsor. She now re-enters the Top 10 Elo-rated 10-year-old horses in the world.

Gregory Wathelet’s Bond JamesBond de Hay finished 2nd in the Rolex GP in Windsor and boosted his Elo by 9 points to become the second highest-rated horse in Belgium right now, behind 18-year-old stallion, Quel Homme de Hus.
